Because digital content cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.

Once an order is completed and access/download has been granted, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, since the product cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.

Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or personal use. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, sharing, or claiming the content as your own is strictly prohibited.
