These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Social Media Manager’s Ultimate Kit and any other digital products, templates, Trello boards, or downloadable content (“Product”) offered through our website.

By purchasing or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. Ownership and License

All digital products are owned and distributed by CONTELP LLC.

When you purchase a product, you’re granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for:

• the delivery of services to your clients (for example: sending proposals, reports, invoices, or branded materials you create using our templates).
  
  

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the original files (in full or modified form) to others as standalone products;
  
  

• claim the templates themselves as your own intellectual property;
  
  

• transfer your login or access credentials to another person.
  
  

You may freely customize, edit, and use the templates as part of your daily workflow and client projects.
All intellectual property rights to the base materials remain owned by CONTELP LLC.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are one-time purchases processed securely through Shopify.
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, without exception.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges once access to the product has been granted.

3. Access and Delivery

After completing your checkout, you will receive an instant email confirmation with your login credentials and download instructions.
If you don’t see the email within two hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at help@contelp.com.

Access requires an active account and login.
All future updates to the product are included at no additional cost.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

• Customize and edit the templates for your own business or your clients;
  
  

• Use the materials to create deliverables as part of your paid services.
  
  

You may not:

• Share, resell, duplicate, or distribute the templates or systems;
  
  

• Offer them as freebies or part of another paid product;
  
  

• Upload or sell them on any marketplace, website, or digital platform.
  
  

Violation of these terms may result in removal of access and potential legal action.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our digital products are designed to provide tools, systems, and educational resources to help you organize and manage your social media business more effectively.
However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to gaining clients, increasing income, or achieving certain results.

Results depend on your own effort, strategy, and implementation.
You agree that CONTELP LLC is not liable for:

• Any losses, damages, or expenses arising from use or misuse of the product;
  
  

• Technical issues, file corruption, or incompatibility with third-party tools (e.g., Canva, Trello, Google Docs);
  
  

• Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use.
  
  

Your use of the product is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

6. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve our products at any time.
All purchasers will receive lifetime access to updates at no extra cost.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where CONTELP LLC is registered.
 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled in accordance with those laws.
